‘The Desert Trail’ Plot Summary
When a shady rodeo promoter tries to swindle John Scott out of his $900 prize money, Scott takes it at gunpoint. However, right after he leaves, a man named Pete enters with an accomplice to rob that same official, but the men kill him in the process. Pete manages to frame John and his friend Kansas Charlie whom the authorities spotted leaving the office. When Pete flees to a nearby town soon after, the two new fugitives chase after him to clear their names.
