Malick’s To The Wonder (2012) To Debut On Blu-ray In August

StudioCanal have announced that they are planning to release on Blu-ray director Terrence Malick‘s To the Wonder. The film stars Ben Affleck, Olga Kurylenko, Rachel McAdams, Charles Baker, and Javier Bardem. To The Wonder will be available online and in stores beginning August 6th.

Based on a screenplay written by Malick, the film tells the story of Marina (Kurylenko) and Neil (Affleck), who meet in France and move to Oklahoma to start a life together, where problems soon arise. While Marina makes the acquaintance of a priest and fellow exile (Bardem), who is struggling with his vocation, Neil renews a relationship with a childhood sweetheart, Jane (McAdams).

To The Wonder will open in New York and Los Angeles on April 12 for a very short theatrical release. StudioCanal has not released any details concerning the exact tech specs and special features that will be included with the disc.
